　　万丽海景项目耗资10亿元，建设面积为15万平方米，含2栋海景公寓、1栋酒店式公寓。项目聘请了世界知名设计机构—巴马丹拿担纲建筑设计，引入先进设计理念，以打造最佳生活空间。建筑外形的设计源于青岛“帆船之都”的形象。由三座帆形塔楼组成，采用渐变的方式，使建筑形体在变化的过程中产生独特的韵律，完善了建筑各角度的视觉效果。通过曲线的变化和形体的组合，带出扬帆远航的动感。

　　Qingdao MAJESTY MANSION costs 1 billion RMB, with building area of 150,000 M2, includes 2 blocks of sea-view apartment and 1 block of hotel apartment. World-famous design institute Palmer and Turner was invited for architecture design. Advanced design concepts were applied to build the best living space. The outline of the building is following Qingdao’s city image "Sailboat". The building consists of 3 sailboat-shape towers, which create a special rhythm in the structure change, and moreover, create the best visual impact from all directions. And finally the combination of outline and structure would bring the world the passion of long sailing.
