New trends, such as washing bowls and console basins, have further reinforced this development and boosted the demand for bathroom furniture; round, angular or oval basins are supported by furniture consoles available in a variety of different dimensions and with a wealth of different finishes. These enable individual furnishing solutions that are suitable even for small bathrooms. So practical furniture consoles are setting the tone in an increasing number of bathrooms. The product range of bathroom manufacturer Duravit shows exactly how diverse the console solutions are; this range has recently been updated to include consoles just 36 cm deep.

　　The Fogo consoles just 36 instead of 55 cm deep open up completely new possibilities for planning smaller bathrooms. In combination with the matching console basins or semi-recessed washbasins, they are suitable for comfortable, narrow washing areas. In widths from 900 to 1800 mm with either one or two drawers, they offer maximum variety.

　　流线型的台面线条，营造出舒适自然感的氛围，使整个洗浴空间更为明亮。台面上可安装两个脸盆，还有额外的储物空间。对于不同宽度和高度的组合式脸盆，Duravit也能提供相应产品，分别安装在左右两边。统一设计生产的台面宽度从80厘米至200厘米不等，订制的台面则可达270厘米宽，55厘米厚，其精巧设计为小型浴室增加了更多可用空间。脸盆产品适用于任何浴室，即便是空间凹凸或狭窄的浴室也是如此。只需将脸盆安装在台面之上即可，台面可用于放置物品，并易于打理。

　　The horizontal lines of the furniture consoles create a sense of freedom and give the entire washing area an elegant lightness. Two washbasins are available as an option, as well as additional storage space. There are also solutions with vanity units in different widths and heights, which can be fitted either to the left, right or on both sides. Cut-to-size consoles ranging in width from 80 to a maximum of 200 cm and, on request, even 270 cm, and with a depth of 55 cm cut a neat figure in small bathrooms and really bring larger bathrooms into their own. The furniture consoles are extremely user friendly, even for bathrooms with difficult layouts, as the cut-to-size sections are also ideal for niches and compact spaces. The basin is simply placed on top and the easy-care console surface serves as additional surface area.
